If you are anywhere other than the checkout screens, just click the Shopping Cart button and follow the instructions for changing or removing items from your cart. From within the checkout screens, click the ‘Cancel’ button at the bottom of the page.

Restrictions on Free Shipping

Orders over $75 include FREE Ground Shipping to street addresses within Continental USA. Parcels less than 10 lbs. destined for residential delivery will usually arrive via US Postal Service. For faster delivery or for shipping charges to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations, email or call 800-867-2643.

If during package transit, you request package to be routed to another shipping address, different than on the original order, there will be an additional $5.00 charge. We do not offer payment via COD.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii

We ship these orders via US Postal Service Priority Mail. Additional shipping charges apply. Go ahead and place your order online, we will not ship until we have contacted you and obtained your approval for the grand total.

International Shipping

There is a $50 (plus shipping) minimum order for International shipments. We ship these orders via US Postal Service. Additional shipping charges may apply. Just call us directly at 1-800-867-2643 to place your order.  (If placed on-line, we will not ship until we have contacted you and obtained your approval for any additional charges).

Expedited Shipping

For faster delivery, call us directly at 1-800-867-2643. We normally ship Tuesday and Thursday, excluding major Holidays. You must order before 9:30am PST for expedited delivery. Additional shipping charges apply. Call us and place your order, we will not ship until we have obtained your approval for the grand total.

If during package transit, you request your package to be routed to a shipping address other than the address on the original order, there will be an additional $5.00 charge to cover carrier costs.

We can’t guarantee delivery by a specific date, especially if you are requesting something like 3-day delivery to Australia!

Order Confirmation

To receive a copy of your order by email, you’ll automatically see the order on the PayPal check-out screen.  Just print the page up to have a hard copy. Remember, we will NEVER sell or share your email with anyone, and we will NEVER send you promotional information unless you check the box that gives us your consent to do so! You can also call us after you have submitted your order.

Estimating Delivery Time

Shipments of under 10 pounds destined for residential, rural, PO Box, APO and FPO will be usually delivered via US Postal Service ‘Smart Post’. All others will normally be delivered via FedEx.

We normally ship Tuesday and Thursday, excluding major Holidays. Unless you choose otherwise, orders are shipped Ground Service and usual delivery times are: West Coast 3-6 days, Midwest 5-9 days, and East Coast 7-12 days.

Alibi Service for Procrastinators

If your gift is going to be late, let us take the blame! Just call us directly at 1-800-867-2643 and request that “I need an alibi”. We will then include the following note with your gift:

Shipping Hazardous Materials

Because of chemical components Restor-A-Finish and Citrus Shield paste wax can only be shipped Ground Service. Ground Service does not deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO’s, Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally. For International shipments, we would be happy to ship the item Ground Service to a ‘Freight Forwarder’ within the Continental United States. You would use the ‘Freight Forwarder’ to forward the International shipment to you.

  • If today’s date is before Dec 16, all delivery methods will arrive in time.
  • If today is Dec 17 or later, select “Air” delivery to ensure delivery before December 25.
